Across the Pyrenees: Basque Country to Catalonia
A crossing of the Pyrenees from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean. It starts in the Basque villages of Sare, Ainhoa and Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, then goes over the mountains into the Roncal and Ansó valleys of Navarre and Aragon. Aínsa, Alquézar and Roda de Isábena lead east to Durro, near the Romanesque churches of the Vall de Boí, and to Arties in the Val d'Aran, with Beget as the last stop before Barcelona.
